Warranty and Care

LENNE by Design products are crafted according to high standards. All products are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase for faulty materials or workmanship. Please note, our warranty does not cover any mistreatment of jewellery or general wear and tear, and it is important you care for your LENNE by Design as directed.

 Repairs

  • Avoid soap, perfume and make-up  coming into contact with your jewellery

  • Do not wear jewellery when washing dishes, gardening, showering, sleeping

  • Store separately so as to limit scratching

  • Expect some variations in each piece, due to their unique handcrafted quality

  • Brass jewellery has had a high protective lacquer which will require recoating over time to prevent from tarnishing not included in the guarantee.

 L I L L I A N O   CLOTHING CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not soak Silk or linen Garment                                                                   

  • Gentle Hand Wash Silk in cold water and release any excess water and hang immediately on hanger for drying

  • or gentle cycle in  washing bag ,  cold machine wash ,hang on coat  hanger for drying

  •             

  • Cold water wash for all % Linen and Cotton garments  and do not leave in machine -hang on coat hanger to stop peg from damaging weave of fabric                            

  • Check with Dry cleaner before proceeding

 

 JEWELLERY

 

  • Avoid soap, perfume and make-up  coming into contact with your jewellery.                                                                               

  • Do not wear jewellery when washing dishes, gardening, showering,swimming,   sleeping, to protect natural stones and pearls from loosing luster.                                                              

  • Store separately so as to limit scratching.                                                                                                                                     

  • Expect some variations in each piece, due to their unique handcrafted quality.                                                                             

  • Brass jewellery has had a high protective lacquer which will require recoating  to prevent from tarnishing; not included in the guarantee
